The May release contained an enhancement that allows organizations the option to only capture activity and posts originating from Yext/Hearsay, and ignore their users’ activity on the networks. Previously, this functionality could only be enabled globally for the entire organization. To create more flexibility, the functionality can now be enabled per hierarchy by an admin.

To enable it in the Administration view:

1. In the side menu, click Settings.
2. From the Organization Settings tab, select the applicable part of the hierarchy. 
3. On the Review & Archive tab, configure the setting Block Native Social Activity Crawling to Enabled.
